Happy new year everyone!!!

I'm into this korean drama called IRIS.It's nice you guys should watch it.It's available on dramacrazy.net

The actress that catches my eye the most is Kim So Yun.She plays Kim Seong Hwa,a North Korean Agent who helps stop the IRIS organisation.She reminds me of Ga-In of Brown Eyed Girls with the short hair.The guy in the pic with So Yun is Kim Seung Yoo.He looks kinda gruff and manly yeah???

Ga-In is cool but I like Narsha more as she looks cool and mysterious in the Abracadabra MV (check my previous post yeah??)

Anyway,today is my 4th and 5th Aunt's Birthday.They're twins!!!I wish them both a happy birthday and have a blessed year ahead.My aunt reads my blog,Awesome ehh?

Anyway it's my 400th post in my blog.A long way already yeah?

Oh i'm going to ubin on friday with my batch boys.Hope we can find some jobs soon.

Alright man,more updates.

I went out with my BMT section on 24 dec.It was nice to see them again.Especially James (Though we met the day before,we couldn't really talk much since a club is not really a place to chill out.

I went out with the other instructors before meeting Han Teng and Marcus at Plaza Sing.Marcus Brought us to the Timbre at mount sophia.James came later and so did Yong Chun and You Feng.Yong Chun got lost because he went down hill which is quite ironic since people would not climb up 5 long flights of stairs just to go to a restaurant downhill.LOL!!!

We ordered our food but the service was terrible. O_o James didn't get his food.I felt kinda bad so we decided to go starbucks and chill after dinner.Han Teng and Marcus were talking about their photography techniques and we were discussing our futures.

Sigh.Everyone is going everywhere.I'll definitely miss them all.I'm so glad we met up.I hope we can continue to keep in touch =)

Headed to Play after that with my friend.The songs that night was mediocre to me.I left early cause i was tired.

Went to visit Kiangster the day before and watch a movie yesterday with elvin.Nothing much is going on except that.....

ITS TIME FOR SOME NON-STOP ∞ CLIMAX ACTION.WOO HOO Bayonetta was in stores yesterday and i just got my copy.The load times are horrendously horrendous but it is still a fun game. Afterall there is the NON-STOP ∞ CLIMAX ACTION =)

Alright man time to upload pics.Yes thats me with Yilong.We were going out around town looking for jobs and going for interviews.Yeah we were bored and I decided to take random pics.

We went to the Recruit Express at UOB plaza for an interview.But before that,we stopped at Tanjong Pagar and I showed him where most of the gay clubs were.We were walking around Chinatown Point and we saw the Sportsman Asia shop.I wanted to go in but Yilong didn't want to go in.It's just a shop man!!!

So there we are,at the interview place. Yilong and I filled up a form but we did not realise that there was a 2nd page.So I made a bet that if I took back the form from the receptionist,he'll accompany me into the shop.MUHAHAHAHAH

After that we wandered around to Liang court then back to tiong bahru where we had Burger King for Dinner and that was really it.

But it was fun going out with Yilong.He's like my pro-gay straight friend.

No wait............

everyone else is.Hmmm ok rightttttttt.

My cousins were watching Dibo the wish dragon.It was a dinosaur that would grant any wish.Basically in every episode,Dibo's friends will encounter some difficulty with the thing they are trying to accomplish.Then they'll 'wish' that they could solve it and as cliche as it gets,Dibo comes along and grants them a wish.But not before singing a song as all cartoons ever so like to add in songs and the episode ends where EVERY PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED (CLICHE!!!).

No I do not watch Dibo,its just that my cousins watch it so many times that I know what to expect.The other day,I saw an episode where there was this crow who was being bullied by fish.

The thing is THE FISH WERE FLYING AROUND WHILE THE CROW COULDN'T. O_o

Honestly,don't you think it is far fetched? A bird which can't fly while fish can.What would my cousins think when they grow older???

Weird.

Anyway,go watch Sherlock Holmes.Its a nice movie.Dunno whats up with Singaporeans.Commenting that the show has hints of Homoerotic undertones and making a big hoo haa out of a nice film.

Oh yeah.Avatar is nice but the plot is predictable.Watch it for the effects and not for the story.

I finally said goodbye.Even though I knew those words didn't mean anything anymore.I still wanted to say it.It's finally over.Of course i'm sad.But I realised that both of us would still be happy without each other.

Thus I wish for us to find happiness.Even though I do long for the things we had,it was never meant to be.I love that person so much.I would rather have give up our friendship than to never have it at all.

Haven't been blogging a lot.Nothing much to type as well.

Recently I was looking through my list of friends on Facebook and I just clicked on one of my close friends who I have not kept in touch for a while now.I was suprised to see that his relationship status had changed.Although I was shocked,I felt that it was inappropriate to just ask him such an sensitive issue.

A few days later,I decided to pay him a visit and it was coincidental that he was around as I was about to set off.I just asked him about what happened and he told me brief details of why he and his girl wanted to part ways.

What surprised me was that these two people were the most beautiful couple I have ever seen.They were so close and loving towards.The few times I saw them together,it was like they were in their own world.Being happy and glowing,metaphorically speaking.Yet,even such a love was not meant to be.Even though they have parted ways they still remained as friends.

When I think about it,I am reminded about my own situation about my own friend.Many times I wished that I would be able to have that kind of happiness, my friend and his partner shared, with him.

I felt that kind of feeling once.I guess one could say it was long ago because the wait makes it feel longer.Both of us revealed our feelings for each other and my feelings for him were much stronger than his feelings for me were.Eventually I think he realised that I may not be the one he loved.Yet he tried to maintain our friendship that we had before while I tried to make him find the feelings he had for me.Slowly,things changed and I felt the distance between our friendship widen.

I decided for a break for the both of us and decided that we should try and talk about it after a few months.I lost the one person I loved most because of my selfish actions.

Not a day goes by without thinking of him.I did try to contact him.I kept on trying to meet up with him to explain why I did what I did.Eventually,I realised that he already made up his mind.Of course I do love him and I believe that whatever reason he has for not seeing me or his current feelings towards me,I have to let it go and respect his wishes.All that is left to do I say to say goodbye.

Slowly,as I think about my friend and his partner.I see that no matter how much two people love each other,they may not be together.

Whatever feelings I had for him in the past and whatever I want to say then,I guess it does not mean anything anymore at this time.However sad it may be, I hope that both of us will find happiness and be happy for each other.

We had reach the point where saying things like 'I miss you' does not have that much significance already.Still,I want to say it to him.

I haven't been updating my blog for a long time I realise.

Well SSC 21 has ended already.Soon my time will come in 3 months.As the days draw nearer I ponder about my future,my friends and my love life.Interesting how everyone has some place to go or things to do.I too have my dream.I hope i can get to be an air steward or something in the service line.

My ex's birthday is coming nearer.Still contemplating whether i should drop him a 'happy birthday message'.I'm wonder how B is.I kinda miss him.He was a good friend to me until things happened and now our friendship is strained.It isn't as simple as it seems since you don't sleep with your best friends.Still,if i were to want it to be simple,I can't put my feelings into the relationship.

Should I stick to my own principles or should i follow my head??

Well anyway,these past few days have beem fun.I went out to get a Tiffany & Co necklace for myself,went Gyming with Js,out shopping with valentine and usmani

I had fun gyming with JS.Though he's irritating,he is a very good friend and devoted person.In a way,i'm kinda lucky to have him as my understudy coz i can get along with him.Haha

I went out with usmani on friday to get a baju kurung coz i couldn't find my old one my friend gave me.Hahaha.Usmani is fun to disturb. MUHAHAHAHAH

I was talking to an old friend yesterday,reminiscing of the past.Again he read me like a book.Just like my other friend.From there,I realised a bit more about myself.

I finally realised that I was too selfish in the past and in the present.Deep down I wanted to know if that person really did love me or not.Though it was over a long time ago.I think the reason I don't hate him is because I love him too much to do so and maybe in some sense,I'm hoping that he'll come back to me.

I had the most memorable birthday ever.

I was supposed to be in camp then.I asked for half day off then.After finishing most of my work,I left camp on the 1510 bus towards Tanah Merah MRT and took a cab home all the way.

I reached home and slept till about 1750.I was waiting for a friend to book out so that we could celebrate my birthday.He finally managed to book out and we were supposed to meet at City Hall.

We met at the Marina Square Carl's Jr.

I actually wanted to try Yuki Yaki coz it was recommended by a few friends of mine.My friend suggested Oscar's at the Conrad instead.So I just went along with him to Oscar's.

The food there was great.The people and service are impeccable.My friend used to work there before.We had some Sushi and Sashimi,Oysters and seafood.We also tried the noodle bar.It was great,they had different kinds of noodles like the Wonton Mee,Tom Yam noodle and the Bak Kut Teh soup but their signature noodle dish was their Laksa.It was delicious.My friend had 2 bowls of it (the portion was minute so it wasn't really filling).

They also had an array of desserts and Ice cream.The funny thing was that they had many Cakes of the Day.Hahaha It was interesting when a different pastry would replace the previous one as the number of cakes started to diminish.

The both of us really enjoyed ourselves.I'm really glad that he was happy because he met up with many of his collegues.But more importantly was the time we spent together that night.

We walked around for a bit.I knew we were both tired so we just walked to the Esplanade area to have a chat.We talked a bit about our lives.Me about my Ex and he about his relationship.

I really did enjoyed myself.I'm real glad we both did =)

How time flies.First,they were my trainees then now they are my friends.

I miss the company of Shield 19.I'm really glad that Zhi Guang and George wanna be in platoon 1.It makes it much easier to see them..haha

though of course I'm being biased and selfish,I do want them to be their best no matter where they are.

Oh,George reminds me a little of my ownself.Hahaha

Lately,I've been hanging out with SSC 19 a lot (it's ok since they are no longer my trainees).

I really enjoy watching movies,playing LAN and chilling out with them.It does take away the stress that I face everyday when handling SSC 20.At the same time,I cannot judge or compare SSC 20 with SSC 19.But, looking back at it , as much as I wished for SSC 19 to never end,I do know that all good things will come to an end and a new beginning awaits.

I'm glad to have such good trainees.

Yesterday we had our CDS Anniversary night.I sat with my trainees in the end.It was very fun talking nonsense and taking many pictures.

Today we went out for dinner at the Manhattan Fish Market and went for a movie later.We watched 'coming soon' which is a thai horror film.We had lots of fun playing,eating and gettin scared.

At the end of the night,they gave me a stuffed bear from the build-a-bear workshop.

How sweet,I'm really touched.Thanks Shield for the fun times we had.

Also,thanks to all my trainees who have filled my instructor life with joy :) you guys may not know it but it was because of you guys that helped me get over my break-up for the past 2 months.

Hey people.Long time no update.

Well,I've gone back to SSC as an instructor now.I took a section of trainees.4 Weeks have passed and all of them have passed out from the course already.I bonded with them quite well.I had a really good time taking them.Not really fun but memorable.

We had SSC night on 05/12.Monty couldn't make it.So i'm the only sect com in the section photo.

Many of the section performances were great but I still felt that my section's performance stood out the most.Hahaha

What a great week it was.My last mounting week is finally over.Sadly i do not wish for it to end.

We ended up watching Season 1 of Boston Legal through out the whole week.Now i've got the whole land side of the platoon to like Boston Legal

On Friday after dismounting,we went to Chomp Chomp at serangoon gardens to eat.Dennis,Da Wei Eugene Teo,Chen Yen,Calven,Fabian,Belamy,Boon Liang,Andrew and Jun Long were there to eat Dinner before we went to K Garden to sing and drink Martell.Sadly,Bo An,Run Yang and Hendrik and Jagdev could not make it but Sir Guohua went instead.
We ordered 3 bottles and got one bottle free as a promotion.

Most of us got high or fell asleep after a few cups.I myself fell asleep and threw up a bit.The best part was having fun together outside camp because i might not see them as much as before because I'm going back as an instructor.

The next day,the guys had RT so i decided to go with them to spend some time with them.I felt very sick because of the dehydrating effects of the alcohol in my system and I also got a bad cough after the run.Well after that,Hendrik,Bo An and I went to Pasir Ris for lunch.Bo An and I had the BK Quad Stacker as a dare.Hahaha

And on Sunday we went out to eat a Sakura International Buffet as a farewell Lunch.It was heavenly man.ALL YOU CAN EAT!!!!!Only Hendrik,Bo An,Run Yang,Wei Ren and Da Wei went together with me to eat.After that we played a bit of arcades before watching Quantum Of Solace.

I really had a great week.Right now platoon 2 is having an EX.I wish them all the best and also to my platoon 1 for their mounting without me.

I'll miss my friends man.We plan to go for drinks next friday after dismounting.I drink socially and not frequently coz I dislike the taste of alcohol and also coz it is rather fun to see ppl get drunk all over.

Yo all.I've just finished my IPSC course with Shaun yesterday.Going out for a RUN with Nicholas tmr and going out with Jun Long after that.

I miss my friends man.I went out to buy some cards today and go out with my mother to eat at Pasta de Waraku.I saw the Jap fair at taka.They sold DANGO.I LOVE DANGO.Especially Red Bean Dango.I wanna eat more DANGO!!!!

Hmm nothing much now.Just waiting for tuesday to come.

Yo Yo

EX Iodine was over last week.I haven't updated about that.We did well and it was great working with the rest of the team.Everyone in Platoon 1 really helped each other out.

Shocking news.The specs for batch 15 are not going back while my batch of instructors are going back early.I do not wish to go back.Haiz.It feels different.I really wish to stay on with my friends in platoon 1 because it is not my nature to handle trainees.Sigh.

Even though it's 8-5 for an instructor,even though we get our weekends,I really like it there with Andrew,Rong Yao,Eugene Dennis,Nicholas,Yi Da,Fabian,Kenny,Brandon,Jun Long,Bo An and the rest of the platoon.

Right now i'm going to clementi camp for the IPSC course while the platoon is still mounting.I really wished that i could mount with them before going back.

It's all too soon.I'll miss everyone.

Went out with Yong Chun,James and Han Teng today.

I have not seen them in a long time.Was great to see everyone(or at least a part of the section) doing well.MK,Marcus,Joachim,Chuan,PC,Melvin,Yanci and Derrick either didn't reply or had something on.

But it was great to meet up with the rest and have lunch at Manhattan fish market.Each of us spent about $27.50 for 2 platters and 3 desserts.It was heavenly man.

Then we went to watch Vicky Chrisitina Barcelona.It was a great romance movie written and directed by Woody Allen.The themes were very deep and mature like finding the right one and knowing whether the right one is the right one,a threesome couple and such.

The movie left a lasting impression on me especially about the threesome thing.Since we are a conservative society,would YOU engage in a threesome?I asked a few fruends whether they would engage in such an act and they said maybe.

My answer is NO coz I don't like too many people occupying my bed and i guess there is really no need to spread your love with one more person because if you do,then it means you are unfaithful....

well at least that is what i think and its not something i would do for fun.

After the movie YC went to suntec to get some books while James gave me a lift to the bus stop near his home where i took 171 home.James is so cool lah.I think he's gotten much better looking with hair and he DRIVES(yeah I know it's obvious,like DUH but HE DRIVES.That is the point).I wish I could.He is great bf material.He has the 'great bf' aura around him.

Chatting with MK now about GFs and stuff.

This week was great.From the start I sorta knew it would be a great week.

It turned out to be a great week despite all the pumping and things that happened in the LC.That's because I got to see my good friend,Mun Kiat.

We had fleet ppl day yesterday and went to sentosa to play.Saw my platoon mates and played some games with them.Then went clubbing at night with Eugene Ng,Chris V,Chester,Clement and Brandon.Nearly got wasted man.But I left early coz I had RT at 9.

Went for RT and went to PLAB for the RSAF open house.The weather was very hot.I left early,I wanted to watch the air shows but they started late and I also wanted to go shopping after that.

I saw him at the shuttle bus area.He looks great with hair but looks greater with out it.Haha.It was great to see him after so long.It's a very indescribable but warm feeling when you see someone you haven't in such a really long time.So much to say but so little time yet some things need not be said at all.

2 more weeks to POC.One more chance to keep the promise I made to Mun Kiat and James.Well I was close to obtaining it coz i failed standing broad jump.I pulled 9 chin ups and ran 9:53 for the 2.4KM run.All so close yet so far and what's more,I nearly blacked out after the run.When I was falling in,the world turned purple and black and there were many of those coloured spirals (like that Naruto spiral thing).So i fell out and went to see the MO.The MO said i pushed myself too hard.Well yeah I guess it's coz of the lack of time for runs and training.Thus my body couldn't take the strain.My blood pressure was low and felt very breathless.Luckily,it was just a one off thing.

Hope I can get gold this time round.I really want it for myself and for them.

I hope everyone is doing fine.Mounting Duty tomorrow.Spent the last few days of my block leave going out to eat the dim sum buffet for only $18.30++ (after tax) and also chatting with Mun Kiat and Marcus from section 4.

MK wants to lose weight.I want to get gold.I'm sure he'll be able to.Around 5 more days till I get Corporal rank.5 more days and it means that I'm another step closer to keeping the promise I made.The greatest achievement in life is doing what others say you can't.I saw that saying on the stationary bike at the CCK gym.

There are rumors about him but they aren't that surprising.I wouldn't be surprised if they were true though.He doesn't say much but i'm not interested to delve into others personal life.

Sigh...how I miss BMT.Watching FMA :Conquerer of Shambala,listening to his inconsistent shoutings of BCCT,doing flutter kicks and chin-ups.

I miss everyone too.Joachim's sometime stoic expression.Ah Chuan's ghost stories and inside info,Marcus the small boy and many others.7 months have past since I enlisted,even more to go.

I'm a Sea Soldier now.

Changi Warrior.I miss Strike.Of the 13 of us,Nat,Mingjie,Zhi Xiong and Wei Liang are going to TDS.NOOOOOOOOOO

I'll miss them.I started playing Magic: The Gathering with them.Hahaha so fun.Went out quite late to Yuxian's,Chester's and Nathaniel's house.

Today Yi xiang,Nat and Chris are going to Hong Kong for a trip and will be back on Friday afternoon.Sure will miss my section.

SILVER SILVER SILVER...WOO HOO.Had IPPT yesterday before SSC night and then I PULLED 8 CHIN UPS...WOOOOOOO HOOOOOO.I'm gonna get the silver badge and sew it on man.

Later I booked out early since I was part of the advance party to do stores for the night.

Omg.SSC night was really fun man.We had so much fun playing Capt's ball with the sergeants,corporals and trainees.My section,Strike,nearly trashed the opposing team.

(The sections I'm in always end up being so full of fun and good times.)

Then we washed up and saw ppl waiting for their dates.some brought their GFs.Quite fun to see and talk about ppl's dates

(FYI,Confinement is the punishment for not bringing a female date.Initially i asked 4 girls,then asked 5 more.Most couldn't make it and in the end,Belinda,Yao Dong,Tiffany and Pamela made it for the night coz I invited them.At least it was enough to save Nathaniel and Yuxian from confinement)

I haven't seen the 4 of them in a long time.We just sat around and chilled out and caught up on old times.Apparently,Yao Dong isn't in Engineers but in ASLC.Tiffany got her facts wrong.LOL

Before my dates arrived,we had the section performance.We didn't dance in the end but we had a birthday celebration because Gary's birthday is one day after SSC night.

I WON THE MOST GARANG AWARD.Hahaha.I got a set of 3 golf balls as a prize,I guess it's to signify that i have more balls than others.LOL!!!I still wonder how I got the nomination.Maybe coz I like to do stores??

What a night it was.I can't wait for the next book in.It will be the last one.

Alrrightttttttt mannnnnn.

Ah Chuan is finally a Guardsman.So proud of him lah.I wonder which one gives more pride?Being a Sg or being a Guardsman.

Hmmmmm.I have 2 more weeks in the SSC.All will be fine.After that,i'll try to organize a section outing for section 4.I haven't seen them in so long.Ah Chuan still has another course.It's too bad.I will have my On-job training too.Might burn off a few weekends i guess.

Sigh...how long more till I see my dear friends.I finally passed my IPPT again AND WAS 2 CHIN-UPS away from silver.Haiz.Though i'm disappointed,i'm still proud that I passed.Will aim for silver again for the next IPPT.

My 2.4 timing has gotten better again.10.30 and below but still no gold timing.No longer section fastest.Hahaha

Those were the days man.I miss my section.I love my buddies.Oh speaking of buddies.Mk is sooooooooooo quiet and James is soooooooo funny.Marcus seems to be coping well.Wonder if they 'Rank-uped' already.hmmm.

Oh well,only time will tell.

I finally got to see my buddy again.His hair has gotten nicer...though he looks like a bird now,I wish I had his hairstyle.We ate at White Dog Cafe at Vivo.He's so lucky,he got accepted into SMU.We chat a lot about army life especially how we missed BMT.Guess he misses the section just as much.Though I think Sundays are not good for outings.Hahaha

Before that,I met up with Mun Kiat to buy a belated mother day's present.He wanted to buy an iPod Touch.I think it's so cool man.So I went to sim lim square to buy one for him before meeting up.He's changed a bit.More talkative.He seems happy.Maybe coz he already passed out from BSLC.But he's being posted to Engineers.Thats like 'out of the frying pan,into the fire' -_-

I miss section 4.Everyone is so busy.Chuan is going for GCC.So cool man.Joachim and Mun Kiat going for their last field camp back at tekong.Sure brings back memories.Yankee will be empty now.I miss having field camp with platoon 2.I wish to see everyone.

'See you in command school'...Everyday during the weeks before we POP-ed,I would say that to him and he would always say 'see if I can get in first'.

The last most memorable thing he said to me the night before we POP-ed was actually 'see you in command school'.Childish and silly,we made a silent vow to get into command school together.But things are different now.He is there yet I am not.

Of course I feel very sad because he is one of my really good friends I made in BMT.Being in two different services meaning we can never get posted to the same camp.It applies for all my buddies as well.I'll never get to see them in my line of work.

Funny how despite him not being my assigned buddy,I still cared for him more than others.Exchanging messages with him yesterday really brought back memories and some tears.I guess he knows how sad that i'm not in SISPEC or in the army.I told him how I felt,how I nearly OOC-ed and how mentally torturous it is.

Yes,it's tough.He told me not to give up,rank isn't important but the process of getting it is.He also said my rank would be worth more because of all the blood,sweat and tears I went through.But the same applies for him.He also has his fair share of hell to go through.

We've gone through a lot in BMT,his BMT was great because of me and my BMT was great because of him and everyone in section 4 and the commanders in Yankee.Right now,maybe we've switch roles.I feel like slacking while he has become the 'me' of his section.But back then it was different,I had section 4 to motivate me to become what I was then.

Right now,even as I think of my past and what my friends are going through,I'm glad that none them got into the same course as me despite how i wish they were.I can really feel my soul beaten.The only thing that motivates me is he and his words and the silent vow we made.Even though we are in different places.Maybe we'll end up being 3SGs in the end and that is what makes me want to be more that I can be.I want to do it for him because of him.I don't care how tough the training is or how much punishment i have to go through.

They made me what I am today,he made me what I am now and I'll be more than I can be for him,for them and for myself.

I'm really glad that i've made a change in his life or at least part of it by making his BMT a great one.I do not need people to remember me for the person that I am but i'm glad enough when I know that we all had a great time together.

SSC is quite fun.I'm the Thunderstorm IC for next week.I'm actually the section IC too
(plus bunk plus chin up plus water parade plus bk in bk out IC -_-).My assigned buddy kenna Chicken pox then got 2 weeks attn C.Also he's going back to school which means I won't see my buddy.Sad man.He seems like a nice chap,he smokes too.Reminds me of Chuan.He's also the only smoker in the Strike section(like Chuan) hahaha.

Section Strike(my section) got to bk out early by our PS.Damn up lah our section.We managed to complete our task even though other sections had more people. :P Dig that Spear,Shield and Storm.
My section seems to be a fun bunch of people.Gary is the name of my buddy.There are two others from Yankee plt 1 also.

Hmmm.It's hard to have an outing since SISPEC is having their Sport's day next saturday.So that means Joachim and Mun Kiat cannot make it.I want everyone to be there.But at the same time is very hard to organize since everyone is busy.

Aiyo.How man.Hmm booking in tomorrow morning at 0730.Hope my fever goes down.Dont wanna attn C on the first day.I think the course might be fun.I really hope that I get to make new friends in there.Seems so boring without anyone I know.

Wow,day 2 of the 2nd week is gone.I exchanged messages with my Section mates over the weekend.I found out that actually being in the SSLC is not that bad but the trade-off is that I cannot be posted to the same vocation as them.

That alone is what makes me sad.I could be in any vocation,command school or not,as long as I'm with them.Commandos,Guards,SIR,MP,RP,anyone would be great as long as I get to see them.Now that they are not with me,I feel quite drained.I told my buddy that it was quite lonely and that it was like BMT all over again.He said that it would take time to adjust.

Yet despite what he says,I do not feel that sense of motivation to work hard.I used to work hard in BMT for them.We were (and still are) very close.I worked hard so we could slack more.Maybe because I haven't met someone like James or Mun Kiat or any of them that remind me of section 4.But if that's the case,then am I not being selfish and possessive for holding on for so long?

Hmmm.Maybe,it's seperation anxiety.The fear of losing friends or those dear to you.Sigh.

But after telling that to Mun Kiat,he encouraged me not to slack despite he wanting to be a medic spec -_- (which is actually easier than the normal infantry spec way,going through BSLC >> ASLC).James said that,I would have lots of stories to tell compared to those in SISPEC or OCS coz we always hear stories from that.It's just too common.

Actually,there are many pros of being where I am now.I get my rank faster,I get a great sea view,I meet new people,I get fitter and may get posted on board a ship and sail the seas.Not to mention the pride and glory passing out from the SSLC.

Woah,the RP course is fun.But a bit too slack for me.I would rather be in Commandos or Guards to train my fitness.The Course Sergeant Major,Staff Sergeant Benedict Koh,is so funny.He always has so much stories to tell our Syndicates.

He has a buddy who works with him at the same camp,Staff Sergeant Loh.Haha,I think they were in the same course together since both of them are quite aged.He told us of how a buddy of his lent him money despite stepping on his buddies' fingers (Apparently,his buddy was sleeping on the floor o_O.Got bed,don't want to sleep on bed then sleep on floor???LOL!!)

Imagine that,a person who was willing to give you money despite him scolding u vulgarities just coz you stepped on his fingers and you scolding him back.True friends are really hard to find.But it becomes easier when money comes into play.From there,you can see who are your true friends and who are not.

Anyway i'm gonna go shower then sleep before tomorrow.I hope that everyone will keep in contact.May you guys be well.

Now i'm in the Navy as a Sea Soldier.The only way of seeing each other is during book outs or if James gets posted to where i'm posted.I'm a Naval RP personnel while my buddy is an MP.Hahaha so cool ehh.

Samurai X-Reflections is the best of all Samurai X anime.The love story in the OVA is so tragic that I cried both times after watching.We should watch it.Evangelion: 1.0 You Are (Not) Alone is out.I watched it with Afiq and Martin the other day.I went out with Caiying and Yin Foong yesterday to watch Rule #1 the ending is quite complicated.I also don't get some parts of it.

POP lo.I'm now a Private.No longer a chao recruit.Hahahaha

The tuesday before POP,we had Games Day.Though Yankee did not win,we were the tug-o-war champions.The team comprised of me,Zhen Yew,Eng Chuan,Quek,Bobby,Fu'ad,Xaiver,Kumaaran,Shawn and Jeeva.We trained hard yet lost during the training matches with platoon 1.Despite all that,we won.Beating last batch ToW winners Cougar coy.It was really an achievement.We pulled like we never pulled before.My arms ached as i pulled.I wanted to win this one.For pride,for Sgt Si Wei,for Yankee and for myself.When the white tape was finally over on our side,we won it was truly a breathtaking moment(literally since i pulled despite being sick,breathless and together with the fact that there was a heavy downpour).We had won.I felt really proud to be part of the team and to win it for Sgt Si Wei because he wanted to win one last time before he ORD in September.It was really a glorious moment for yankee and an even greater one for the ToW participants.

Good luck to the next batch of yankee ToW players.

On Wed,we had our Graduation parade.It was really beautiful to see how we did the drills.I really felt a great sense of pride as it was my first POP.Now I understand why we have so much rehersals so that we wont screw up our own parade.I was reluctant to leave my bunk,my bunkmates and the coy line.I would never see them again(save for my bunkmates).It was quite touching to leave and take photos with my Sergeants and my platoon mates.

I also received a card from Sgt Tajal.He words were inspirational and touching.

Later at night we had the platoon bbq at Alvin's aunt's house.Had lots of fun and took lots of photos.Went to Darren's house to play mahjong but in the end i fell a sleep.Hahaha

My friend's parents are both Warrant Officers.He wants to ask his mom to pull some strings to get into OCS.Honestly speaking,I have little respect for people who pull strings to achieve their goals.By his actions,he is shortchanging someone else who deserves to get in there.

Those who deserve to go OCS don't get to but those who don't,get to go.

Also,those who want to go to command school just for the pay should really change your mindset.I want to go in because I want an opportunity to lead people and better themselves using my position like how my Sgts and officers of platoon 2 have done so to me.I take pride in my actions and accept my responsibilities no matter where I maybe posted to.

Anyway,I'm playing Cabal SEA.Section 4 has lots of gamers.Hahaha Maplers have now converted to Cabalers.Right now,I'm Searching for the complete set of the 'House of M' series and right now,i'm lacking these few comics.So if anyone sees these comics(they are trade paperback btw),please get it for me.Hahahah

A lot has happened in camp.I cannot say that it was not my fault.But what happened has happened.Let bygones be bygones.

I can finally do one chin up...I'm like 5 more chin ups from late book-in.Dig that.

So anyway,Mun Kiat fell ill.I'm worried about him.I really hope that his problem can be solved asap.He is like a little brother to me.I'll be damned if anything were to happen to me.

so anyway I went out with my sec school girl friends,Aziemah,Xiu Qi,Zuleira,Hajjar and Kai Yih.Really had a great time at Minds Cafe.Very fun place.You can play board games and have light snacks or meals there.

After that I went to eat at NYDC.Really good food.The dessert was really rich.Decided not to buy PSP yet coz I may want to buy PS3 after POP.Hahaha

4 weeks have passed already.

I've made many good friends.One especially,is more of a younger brother to me than anything else.Even having dinner with him was like bringing a little kid out.Hahaha

But yeah I really like hanging out with my bunkmates.Oh oh oh despite his birthday being earlier than mine,his is coming up on the 17th of jan,he is really quite child-like.Being around him makes me feel like a 81 year old.

So anyway,James is still quiet.Preferring to listen to our conversations unless spoken too.Hahahah quite fun guy too.Always poking my stomach hahaha.poke him then he know.

Chuan should have done his RM already while PC and YC are doing GD.Hope to see them on sunday.

oh well,I'm going out later to see my aunt off.She's going back to new zealand.Didn't get a chance to say good bye to my other aunt coz when I called home she already left.Both their birthdays are tomorrow coz they are twins.So happy brithday to Yee Yee.

Last outing with CY and YF...haiz so sad.We went Kbox-ing...so fun.I sang MR.Q o_O,somewhere out there,Beauty and the Beast and many more.Wow it was damn fun but the rain spoilt the morning.Off all days to rain,it had to on the k box day.I really enjoyed singing.We crapped till late at night then headed home.Haha.Must remember to go out for more outings wor...

Prom Night Was really a blast.I took many photos with my friends.

Oh and the few hours before,we went to Satish's place to chill and relax and also to help him pick up a suitable attire for the night.The first one he wore made him look like Arun in an oversized shirt due to that jacket's padding -_-.

Mike came after me,then Afiq arrived later.We changed and got ready.The vest was so tight that I had to hold my breath.It made me look like I was wearing a corset.

Then we were actually late to meet Arun and Martin.So we just took a cab and split the cost.
when we arrived,we saw many teachers.Most of them were not dressed for prom.It was as if they were going to pj for classes. -_-

one of the prom king nominees was Brian Ang Thiam Boon.Hahaha his answer was so sweet.Some of the questions posed to the prom king/queen nominees were so weird.Like what if you were a girl for a day or what if the world ended tomorrow.

the saddest thing happened before the prom even started.I'll put it in another post.

It was a great night.It would be the last outing for Martin with us as he headed for Indonesia the nxt day.After the night ended we have the Mass and Fun dance.It was weird coz many of us were in heels or were dressed up.zzzzz

so after that,Me,Colin,Afiq and Martin took the Red line home.So tiring.

The next day we went to the airport to see martin off.WOOT we got to take a look around T3.
Hahah we took more photos before we finally said goodbye to Martin.I was quite sad.Not to mention about what happened the night before.

After the sending off,I went to meet up with my cousins and collect stuff from Satish's Place.

My cousins stayed for a while before their father came to pick them up.
I wished they could stay.

The next day which is today.I went out with Yin Foong and Caiying,my good friends from PAE till now.We went to watch 30 days of nights at the grand cathay cineplex.Woah their sweet popcorn was actually caramel coated popcorn. Cool.We went for sushi later and walked to Plaza Singapura.I found those cute bears i wanted to get for my friends.but it was a different kind altogether.I wish I had found them earlier.We also got free starbucks drinks.WOOTZ.It was because they had and event in conjunction with the Salvation army.Season of giving indeed.

We decided to go Kbox-ing next monday.It would most probably be my last outing with them.Saturdays outing would be the last with my close classmates...with him until for at least a long time.

I'll miss them all

oh and both of them are of the same height one is Caiying and the other is Yin Foong.Guess which is which hehehe :p

sorry for not updating asap.The other day I went to Martin's place at palm gardens to swim and go bowling.Colin,Eko and I were there.We bowled before swimming.I wouldn't call it swimming if Eko is around >_<.Yes,he was preaching about religion and how every religion has truths,untruths or conspiracy.

Did you know,Homosexuality was also linked to Christianity.Or at least the part about Sodom and Gomorrah.

We went to the sauna after that then headed for SAKAE SUSHI for the sushi buffet BWHAHAHHAAHAH.So nice U can order everything that's $1.99 on the menu.It cost $13.90++(dunno why the plus plus is there).For the buffet to be worth while,you should eat at least 7 plates to make worth your while.

Oh it's her birthday today.I dunno what to get her.Her PSLE results weren't that good.I'm sure she's sad.I hope she takes care of herself.
